Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click the 'Sign Up' button in the navigation menu. You can sign up using your email address or social login options. After signing up, you'll need to set up your Brand Kit before using the tools.
What is a Brand Kit and why is it required?
A Brand Kit is your branding profile that includes your logo, watermark settings, and color palette. It's required to ensure all generated content is automatically branded with your logo and follows your brand guidelines.
How do I set up my Brand Kit?
After signing up, you'll be prompted to create your Brand Kit. Upload your logo, set watermark opacity and position, and define your brand color palette. You can edit your Brand Kit anytime from your account settings.
Credits & Billing
What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are the currency used to process AI jobs on UGContent. Each tool costs a specific number of credits per image/video. You can purchase credits through one-time packs or monthly subscriptions.
Do credits expire?
Credits from one-time purchases never expire. Subscription credits reset monthly on your billing date. Unused subscription credits don't roll over to the next month.
How much does each tool cost?
Each tool costs 10 credits per image/video processed. This includes all processing steps: AI generation, upscaling, and watermarking. You're only charged for successful processing.
What happens if a job fails?
If a processing step fails, you won't be charged credits for that failed step. Only successful processing steps consume credits.
Can I get a refund?
Credit purchases are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact support and we'll review your case.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Using the Tools
What file formats are supported?
We support JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WebP formats for image uploads. Maximum file size is 3MB per image.
How long does processing take?
Most jobs complete within 30-60 seconds. You'll receive your job ID immediately and can check the status on your Jobs page. Processing happens in the background, so you can close the page and come back later.
Where can I see my generated content?
All your jobs and generated content are available on the Jobs page. You can access it from the main navigation menu. Each job shows its status, input parameters, and output files.
How long are my files stored?
Generated files are stored for 90 days (Starter/Professional plans) or 180 days (Enterprise plan). You can download them anytime during this period. After the retention period, files are automatically deleted.
Can I process multiple images at once?
Yes! You can batch process up to 10 images at once. This feature is available on Professional and Enterprise plans.
What quality are the output images?
All outputs are automatically upscaled. Starter plans get HD (1080p) outputs, while Professional and Enterprise plans get 4K quality outputs.
Tools Specific
Change Color: How accurate is the color transformation?
Our AI maintains product texture, shadows, and details while changing colors. You can also add an optional text prompt to fine-tune the result.
Generate Catalogue: What styles are available?
We offer multiple preset styles including Editorial, Minimalist, Luxury, Street Style, and more. Each style is optimized for different fashion contexts.
Virtual Try-On: What types of garments work best?
Try-On works best with tops, dresses, jackets, and outerwear. The AI handles fabric draping and fitting realistically on the model or mannequin you provide.
Image to Video: How long are the videos?
You can generate videos from 4 to 8 seconds long. Videos are output in HD or 4K quality depending on your plan.
Account & Security
How do I reset my password?
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we take security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Supabase for secure authentication and storage. Your uploaded images and generated content are private and only accessible to you.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account from your account settings. This will permanently delete all your data including Brand Kit, jobs, and generated files.
Technical Issues
My upload is failing. What should I do?
Check that your file is under 3MB and in a supported format (JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP). Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. If the issue persists, contact support.
The job is stuck in 'pending' status. What's wrong?
Jobs typically process within 60 seconds. If a job is pending for more than 5 minutes, try refreshing the page. If it's still stuck, contact support with your job ID.
I'm seeing NSFW warnings on my content. Why?
Our AI includes content moderation to detect potentially inappropriate content. If you believe this is a false positive, please contact support for review.
